Saw the neurologist today and got a clean bill of health. That's good, but doesn't leave me any where to go for a reason for my sleep issues.
Saw the therapist today. She told me what I already knew - there are no studies linking CBT to benefits when used by people with long term, chronic sleep disorders.
In the plus side, the extended release Ritalin seems to be helping. I almost feel like a real person. If put me at 75%, which is better than I've been in a long time.
Since the therapist thing probably doesn't count as a good thing, I'll add that I did some brain working for this gaming thing and I should have a few more days of work planned out.
